Lash Policies
For any lash appointment DO NOT come in with any eye makeup or mascara on or you will be charged for a lash bath. As makeup and mascara leave a film on the natural lash so the lash extensions can not adhere to the natural lash and the lash extensions will not last.
Lux Lash Studio does not refill other artist work. We are happy to remove and apply a new set. We can not guarantee another artist work and need to make sure the natural lash integrity is in tact.
Lux Lash Studio does not refund any lash extension treatments. If you are unhappy contact us within 72 hours from last appointment we will fix the set free of charge.
If you have an allergic response to lashes we will do not refund however we will remove your set free of charge.
Lash Cleansing
Lux Lash Studio recommends you use lash shampoo
(no other cleaning products as we can not grantee the set).
Using your lash shampoo and your clean lash cleansing brush at least every second night, brush the lash shampoo into the lashes in a downward movement. Then using the brush and shampoo wash around the lid and under the of the eye removing any eye makeup.
Rinse with water and pat dry with a lash extension safe cloth, we recommend the Coco and Camilla makeup remover cloth. You can let your lashes air dry or use a small fan (do not use your hair dryer it will drop your curl and melt and re cure your adhesive, sticking your lashes together).
Once your lashes are dry you can brush them with your lash brush to put them into place again.
